Salam Café user generated content terms and conditions
1. By sending your Material in you agree that SBS, Salam Café, GNW TV and their licensees and assignees:
Will have a free, non-exclusive licence to use your Material for the purposes of the SBS program Salam Café, its promotion and distribution in all media throughout the world in perpetuity without further consent or cost;
may edit and adapt the Material at its discretion and will use reasonable endeavours to attribute you provided you have included your name with the Material; and
may use your name, photograph, voice, biographical material (if supplied) and extracts of the Material in any media for the purpose of publicising and promoting the Program, or SBS.
2. You warrant that the Material is your original creation and is not defamatory, in breach of copyright or otherwise in breach of any law or third party right and that you have the right to grant the rights set out in item 1 of these terms and conditions.
3. You indemnify SBS, Salam Café and GWNTV from and against any actions, claims, costs, expenses and damages incurred by them as a result of any breach by You of any of the warranties and obligations under these terms and conditions.
4. Under no circumstances will you attempt to injunct or otherwise prevent the broadcast, communication, promotion or distribution of the SBS program Salam Café.
5. You agree to any information you supply being stored in a database by SBS, Salam Café and their licensees and assignees. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent each of SBS, Salam Café and GWNTV cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
