Shine (Aust) Pty Ltd (“Shine”) is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 in respect of your personal information. Shine is collecting your information for the primary purpose of choosing contestants for its program called ‘”Letters and Numbers” (“Program”) and for use in the production and promotion of the Program. Shine may share your personal information with its affiliated companies and contestants on the Program and you hereby consent to this. You agree that Shine may retain your personal information for the period of time that the Program is being produced, broadcast (including any repeats) and distributed and use it to contact you to inquire whether you wish to appear as a contestant on the Program or any other television program(s) produced by Shine. You agree to Shine sending your personal information outside Australia in connection with the Program or its promotion. You have the right to access your personal information which Shine collects and holds. If at any time your details change or you would like to update or access the personal information Shine has collected about you, please contact us.
