Once again drugs in cycling seem to be stealing all the headlines. If it’s not Lance Armstrong and the ongoing investigation into the US Postal team, it’s Alberto Contador and Clenbuterol.

A study by Harvard scientists found that people were happiest when exercising, engaging in conversation or having sex.
Given
most of the races have already been analysed to within an inch of their
lives, I’m using the off-season as an excuse to hand out some media
awards to a few of the bigger personalities in the sport, writes Matthew Keenan.
