SBS’s new brand is a hit!
Good news - the new SBS brand, just months old, has hit the mark already.

A recent research study found that our new line “Six Billion Stories and counting…” , launched in May, is already as well known as our old lines in place for many, many, many years.
It is also better known than the ABC’s and Foxtel’s lines (can you recall them? Most people can’t.)
And you like the logo too!
When shown the logos of all the television stations, the new SBS logo
was the most popular, with 44 per cent of people saying that the logo was their “favourite” or “most liked”, well ahead of the Seven Network (33 per cent), ABC (32 per cent), Nine (27 per cent) and Ten (26 per cent).
Now that we’ve started the ball rolling, we plan to keep it growing.
We will shortly be creating some new stories to run on SBS to help that along – you can see some of our existing ones right here.
Please keep the feedback coming…

I never miss the 6.00 pm World News. I have nothing against all the other Readers but can you please put Ben on more. I love watching him and he presents the news in an excellent manner. Sometimes I watch the repeats at 9.30 just so to watch him. There is something special about him. I am very curious to find out his ethnic background. Thank you.

Songs in new promos and idents...
Greetings, I like the new promos and idents, however, something is driving me insane. Could you post a list of the song used in your promos and idents? Particularly the one in the "plain" brand ident (before each ad-break), it's a little electromic ditty. What on earth is it? Can I buy a copy? Thank you.
