Menchov wins an epic Giro d'Italia
Russia's Denis Menchov wins the Giro d'Italia after a drama filled final time trial in Rome.
Menchov fought off a brave effort by second placed Danilo Di Luca and a crash inside the final kilometer to seal the win.
Michael Rogers was the best placed Australian in the Giro, holding on to his eight place position.
