Cancellara's uncertain future

Time-trial world champion Fabian Cancellara could be on his way out of Saxo Bank, but any team looking to buy out the final year of his contract will have to stump up about $4 million.
French newspaper L'Equipe reported that Saxo Bank team boss Bjarne Riis would not confirm if the Swiss star would remain put for 2011.
Last month, Schleck brothers Andy and Frank and Andy, announced they would be leaving Saxo bank to form a new squad centered in their home country of Luxembourg, with talk speculating that other members of their current team could join them next year.
Saxo Bank will have three-times Tour de France champion Alberto Contador on its roster next season after he announced a two-year deal with Riis' team.
