Earlier, the New Zealand men climbed the team pursuit standings after taking silver behind Team Toshiba of Australia.
Simona Krupeckaite of Lithuania won gold in the women's 500 metre time trial and then silver with her partner Gintare Gaivenyte in the team sprint, won by Netherland's pair Yvonne Hijgenaar and Willy Kanis.
China's Gong Jinjie won silver in the time trial and bronze in the team sprint with partner Zheng Lulu. Gong leads the time trial standings ahead of the final leg in Denmark next month.
