Genesys Wealth Advisers will be renamed Huon Salmon-Genesys p/b Praties in 2013 as it welcomes new sponsors for next season.

Major sponsor Genesys Wealth Advisers will now share naming rights with Huon Salmon for 2013.

"We are thrilled to have Genesys back for another year. They are more than just a sponsor to us they are part of the family and we enjoy working with them," team manager Steve Price said.

"It's also great that we have been able to bring in another big non-industry sponsor.

"Huon are a Tasmanian success story. They are world leaders in Salmon farming and production and have grown from humble beginnings to become a real force in sustainable aquaculture."

Huon Salmon-Genesys will also leave long time bike suppliers Malvern Star behind with a switch to Avanti. The team will ride the Quantum, Corsa DR and Chrono Evo 2 models.

Squad changes
Along with the announcement earlier in the week that Joseph Cooper would be linking up with the team, there are several more fresh faces for the 2013 campaign.

Aaron Donnelly, Alex Clements and Jack Beckinsale have all signed for the continental squad, bolstering an already formidable lineup.

Donnelly, a former Jayco-AIS rider, finished third overall at the Tour of the Murray River this year, and capped his season with second at the Melbourne to Warrnambool. Clements distinguished himself at the Tour of Tasmania with Team Polygon and team manager Andrew Christie-Johnston hopes he can show even more next year surrounded by a bigger team.

Beckinsale's talent saw him take podiums in Thailand, China, and Australia this year and will be a force to be reckoned with if he can convert his growing consistency into wins.

The core of the team remains; stage race specialists Nathan Earle and Campbell Flakemore, road captain Pat Shaw, climber Jai Crawford and all-rounder Anthony Giacoppo all returning. Joel Pearson will however not be a part of the team next year.

Huon Salmon-Genesys this season took out the domestic team's title for the third year in a row as well as wins in Taiwan, Korea, Borneo and all across Australia.
