The Sojasun cycling team will fold at the end of this season after failing to secure sponsorship.
The team joins a growing list of outfits including Champion System, Vacansoleil and Euskatel-Euskadi who will not continue in 2014.
Sojasun released a statement on its website announcing that it "will no longer be in the professional peloton in 2014" after failing to find a title sponsor.
The team was originally created as an amateur club in 2002 before upgrading to a continental team, followed later by the move to the professional continental ranks in 2010.
The team received three wild card invitations to compete in the Tour de France in 2011, 2012 and 2013, with its best result coming from Jerome Coppel who finished 13th overall in the 2011 Tour.
