McEwen back on the podium

Robbie McEwen won the opening stage of the 2010 Vuelta a Mallorca in a final bunch sprint to the line.
TheAustralian rode away in the finale of the 116km stage to win the stageahead of Euskaltel's Koldo Fernandez and Rabobank's Oscar Freire.
Thewin was McEwen's first since making his return from rehabilitation fora serious knee injury he sustained in last year's Tour of Belgium.
TheKatusha rider, who began his 2010 season at the Tour Down Under inAdelaide where he finished 4th overall, has been building up to the winfor several months.
"I'm really happy for this victory," McEwen told the assembled media. It's my second career after the injury I had last season.
"For me, the most important thing is that I have no discomfort in my leg, I feel fine and I can compete again with the best "
