With an honours degree in history and an MA in journalism, Victoria started her career in television in 2000, working as a production assistant on preschool television program, Hi-5.
She stayed in children's television for the next four years researching, segment producing and camera operating with internationally acclaimed children's production company Yoram Gross EM-TV on programs including K-Zone TV and Bambaloo.
After a year impersonating an Austrian ski instructor, Victoria returned to Sydney to work as a freelance segment producer and camera operator for Australian networks Seven, Nine, ABC and SBS.
In 2007, Victoria came to Dateline as a story researcher and in 2010 made the leap to become one of the show's Supervising Producers.
