Prayers for Burma

It is gratifying to know that Date line with George Negus is keeping Burma in the news. The many millions of suffering Burmese people need our prayers, our hope, our persistence to make sure that the plight of Burmese people does not slip from the news as it did on the 8:8:'88. I had the good fortune of interiewing Daw Aung San Suu Kyi in 1996. Among many concerns ,namely the safety and the right of Burmese people to open expression without repression.
