Follow the mony & supplies? Who is stealing?
Why no questions of "who benefits"? Religious fanatics are a problem everywhere but do "they" cause "terrorism"? I suspect the real questions are "who is stealing what?", "where are the "terrorists" getting money & arms from?", "who is really involved with the drug trade & drugs going west?" and of course 'poverty?', Israel's agenda..etc. We need to deal with the causes of "terrorism" not the symptoms ...I think this is done with help & justice (which is universal) not bombs which make it worse.

The Other Side
Yes the situation is dire, but there is a hopeful side to life in Pak to. Specially with the news, entertainment and pop music (featured in bollywood films as well) flourishing, and a lot more access to information for the public. I wish someone could show the lives of ordinary Pakistani's living and coping the stress of civil war and terrorism! Bankers, doctors, artists, musicians, actors. The liberal side is not limited to the Pushto film actors shown in this docu! Haha! That was quite myopic

I though the episode attempted to be balanced but had elements of western spin.
I just pray that all the people of Pakistan, and of pakistan heritage can live in peace and that we as australians do not judge our pakistani (comonwealth) brothers based on this episode only. I especially hope we show respect and tolerance to those people of pakistani heritage living here in australia who may be distressed after watching the episode.

Taliban a frankenstein
I'm really surprised at some of the media comments and opinion aired by the in-doctrinated pakistani people that India and Israel is behind Behtullah Mehsud. When Benazir was slain in 2007by his henchmen your own military establishment was making deals with his gang of murderous thugs. Now all of a sudden he is pakistan's enemy number one.Pakistan keep on mentioning 8 Indian consulates in Afganistan .What about ISI's innumerable terror cells in Nepal,Bangladesh or Srilanka?.

"mess created by the US and Pakistan" Marilyn just get out of your fairy tale world and do some research and find some real facts. Pak did not create this mess. It was created by US and its western allies, which includes Australia. Pak is dragged into this mess by US. Everyone all of a sudden now is focussing on Pak rather than Afghanistan from where the sh*t actually started. US has again very cleverly shifted the focus from their mess to Pak and dumbs of this world still believe them.

Terrorist Republic of Pakistan
As the saying goes "you sow what you reap", Pakistan had this coming for years, the ISI & Pak Army have nurtured and encouraged these radicaly Islamic organisations to carry out their "tame Jihaad" in Afganistan and Kashmir. Now because American pressure (either you take care of them or we come in and do it ourselves) Pakistani Govt., ISI and Army have ben forced to act against Taliban. What kind of a government uses gunships and heavy artillary against its own population, a failed state.
