Chechnya and Ingushetia

I have been reading about Chechnya for the past few years, horrified at what has been happening and the way Russia has been dealing with these so called 'muslim extremists'. I have read works by Anna Politkovskaya, but also the accounts of a Russian soldier who described the incorrigble suffering that they suffered as well. In my mind the soldiers are at the bottom of the pile, and that the Russian government should be held responsible for all the trouble in Chechnya and Ingushetia.

Where is Goldstone and the UNHCR on this one?

Oh sorry, too busy charging the Israelis with war crimes,,,,right, well how how about they focus in on true genocide in chechnya...

I belive this genocide and i propose my brother to acept the true islam and to be a mujaheden.Becouse the jihad is our way for defense. Where is the proof?

Looking at this documentary, I do not see any proof of any of the allegations. And looking at the past, the western media, especially the Brittish and U.S., have been known for baseless accusations and lies. You need way more than a few women crying and 'he said-she said' scenarios to have a solid case. Just looking at this reporter and how he agrees with the stories of these people without any evidence, it's hard to take him serious. Don't forget U.S. terror in Iraq and Afghanistan, a FACT.

Jan Batist, no he knows his country real well. The problem is he is a chauvinist who likes his country so much he is willing to sacrifice his morals for Russian to look great. Possibly he hates the Caucasians. Another problem - he's never lived an Ingush life. All he hears is the official propaganda presenting Ingush as terrorists. The same propaganda which said that Ingush were Nazis in 1944 or bandits in 1992.
