George Negus on Pakistan
Your analysis is incomplete, if at all it was an analysis. You did very little to explain why the country is in such a mess. You left out the role that is played by the 'powers' who's vested interests are to keep the region in the turmoil that it is. Just to name a few--- Kashmir issue and its effect on the region, about three million refugees from many Muslim counties, the support of the Dy-nasties and the West's selective application of democracy, the Drone raids killing innocent civilian

George she explained why
fatima was able to explain very well why pakistan is as it is, and how much largely it has to do with american intervention, subverting democrazy, impossing dictators etc. George your questions were everyrthing about differing away from that, instead of following her insight. Your post talk still lacks her forthright understanding so I disagree your doing much off a good job of unvieling/ explaining whats happened there. Perhaps your time in america has biased you, sad for us.
