There's money in Fear!
It's a pity that most of the program was devoted to the fear salesmen instead of the Dervaes at the end. There may be tough times ahead but it's better to enjoy life now the way the Dervaes are than to live in fear now and like a troll underground like those other guys.

Our Only Two Options
The Optimist's View:- Be, the change, that you wish to see in the world. - Mahatma Gandhi The Pessimist's view:- I don't know exactly, which weapons will be used by humanity to fight WW-III but, I know that WW-IV will be fought with rocks and sticks. - Albert Einstein

Life? after
Survivalists are underestimating how crappy life is without a functioning legal system, anesthetic, antibiotics, plastics, dentistry, electricity, birth control, soft stretchy fabrics, etc etc not to mention good times. TEOTWAWKI would be exciting for about 2 minutes when your snipering radioactive deer, but enduring daily suffering and then to die of tooth decay, plague, childbirth, malnutrition, etc, super lame. Seriously, it would suck. $50K ticket to the 15th century... where do I sign.

not wacko
If Hurricane Katrina came to his town he'd be sorted, unlike everyone else. He's not crazy, 'the end of the world' might not happen, but if a natural disaster does he'll be chilling on his roof with his transistor radio, rifle and 3 course meal while y'all running about getting shot at BY THE ARMY for looting. If i lived in that uncivilised country probably would do the same thing. Glad to be in OZ!

Saving the chosen who have $50,000
The sun is finally setting on the USA (definitely karma),I would be very interested to know why this ex-nuclear bunker is being sold to the public??? If it was safe, uncontaminated and usable it would still be in use by the US government , not abandoned. What qualifications does this man have to evidence that this facility would be sound and usable for this purpose?? How gullible are the American people to part with 50,000US per person.....Oh please!

We are all sitting in the same boat
Australia's crude oil production will decline by 85% over the next 10 years and we are going to have a #1 oil import crisis. The government knows abouyt it but keeps quiet. I have written 2 articles on my web site on this: Prime Ministerial candidate in Australia thinks there is more oil than previously thought http://www.crudeoilpeak.com/?p=1810 Australian election 2010: next phase of peak oil ignored http://www.crudeoilpeak.com/?p=1763 Liv is right the bunker story was not a good intro
