the big Thaw
to whom it may concern since Greenwich mean time was introduced the earths axsis has moved over 1000klms if water was harnessd where rivers form and deepened farther down stream and areas like the Dead Sea and lake Eyre where flooded one would help to reduce water levels in venice the other Lake Eyre would be flooded all year in regard to wildlife and creating employment there is more such as in greek Mythology a soldier with a sheild set fire to a ship with the suns refection on the sheild
