Occupy Wall Street
Occupy Wall Street is more than a protest; it is as much an exercise in building a leaderless, bottom-up resistance community with a more democratic approach to challenging the system where everyone is encouraged to have a say. But saying that also leads to a conflict between my emotional identification with the kids that have rallied in this small park/public space on Liberty Street to exercise some liberty, with a despairing analysis that wishes this enterprise well.

Poor vs the Rich
I live in a suburb where there are no public free sporting facilities in the Salisbury Council district. If i drive 20 - 30 km where the residents in the eastern part of town have manicured gardens, tennis courts of such high standard a competition is held there regulary. All the these things in these eastern suburbs are FREE to the public. AND we pay the same if not more in council rates. I'm sick of the inequality in my city and am going to make my own protest videos on this idiotic situation.

Yes Occupy
A nation like US (joined by its friends) invade other countries to keep and their own Armies occupied, paid by those others and still goes bankrupt at the tune of 14.5 Trln dollars must be thick skinned shameless to masquerade like Super Power. But then 'Super' can have many connotations. No wonder the 99% young and old and people of the world with conscience are screaming blue murder and demand that the 1% immoral pay their fair share of Tax out of their loot! Don't wait for Jesus to do it.

What does a dollar actually represent any more?
There's more debt in the world than there is actual currency. There is no longer a standard backing your currency. It's a hollow shell which now only has a perceived value and is dragged down by inflation and uncontrolled debt. If we thought the Great Depression was bad, just wait and see how this experiment we are currently living in turns out in a few years.

jesus, "out of touch"?
Jesus is quoted as having said, you will always have the poor. I think it might have been a bit sharper or more prudent if he had said, you will always have the hypocritesfalse witness bearers, whose by product, by the way, is the poor!
