TRADITION - What about diversity? IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is part of Portuguese Tradition! If the bleeding hearts find it offensive/repulsive, DON'T WATCH!!!! It is no different to Aboriginal Tradition that I admire! I think most of the comments are just selective racism! An animal does not have the same value as a human. Don't feed your RELIGIOUS CRAP to me. Believe what you want - hold your own values - don't try to selectively impose your views on others. PC BULL---T!!!!!!

How can these young girl can expect others to respect her opinion, when she decides not only to agree with a cruel sport that is cruel to bulls, but also think that is right to put her self and her friends in danger!

Scenes to be SHAME

Portugueses DENY this medieval "education"! It concerns to the "tauromáquicos" managers, trying to "survive" with a cruel, obscene and depraved acction, called "fiesta" . For those, they do not save their children, mainly the famale genus. They need to recover the "macho man", with feminality presence. This is the real cruelty of man: to performe duties, everyone can be used...no matter age, sex or mind! For a cruel fate,we shall continue to have compassion. With Animals. Human & Non-Human

Portugal Shame

Bullfighting is an activity which makes the majority of the Portuguese people become ashamed of their country. There is no bravura in torturing defenseless animals; there is only hypocrisy, cruelty and use of power. To let children be part of it or watch it is even more disgusting. Their parents should be punished. Portugal and all the country where this still happens should be obliged to abolish it. People who made this video report is tendentious and irresponsible.

What about the bulls?

Yalda said something like "Putting aside the animal cruelty . . . " and then went on to praise the women. OK brave women but no one twisted their arms up their backs to make them take on the bulls. But the bulls? A choice? It was dreadful to watch those Banderillas stabbing into the neck muscles of the bull blood awash the bull. Imagine the pain of those 6 barbed scewers on the end of those sticks waving around next to the spinal chord cutting the muscles that hold up the bulls head? Disgusting.

It's not the last taboo!

It not even a taboo. The author says nothing about what's behind this slaughter disguised in spectacle. A little research and he would realize that bullfighting defenders are doing everything to keep bullfights away from its doomed end. This is just one more proof of that. The only reasons why this bloody thing it is not over yet is because it's linked to a certain bourgeois, narrow and retrograde lifestyle that its advocates do not want to loose. As Portuguese I'm ashamed of this heritage.

Dim teenagers with the pathetic aspiration to be as brutal as men

What a light weight report . Why cover the injuries of the human contestants who volunteer to participate yet conveniently cut your footage before the viewing audience has a chance to see what happens to the animal victim at the end of the "show". Where is the whole picture? Show the injured, bloodied and defeated bull who has been forced to injure taunts, blows and piecing wounds. Courage? feminism? You've got to be joking!! These young women should go back to school and learn some compassion
