Think big picture
To Tony from Sydney - do you really think it's just Dateline? Why don't you check with Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Red Crescent, UN, the ARAB LEAGUE and news outlets around the world to see if there's a problem. Why won't the Syrian govt issue visas to journalists if they want balanced reporting? And why does it obstruct Arab League observers. Unhappy with the way Australia is run? Since you think Syria is safe maybe you should go there. The govt will grant you a visa

This is just another video propaganda to overthrow a great government and a great leader. Maybe the Australian Government should learn how to run a country.

Stop the butcher Assad
Its weird how the Arab leaders do not understand & learn from each other. I do not understand why people in the Arab world can't just say da president is wrong& how they have to pray for him& confess untruly to make his highness a hero that they are a terrorists. as Syrian& this program is just a little of the truth where we are all under siege and we are all facing death if we do not agree with da lies da regime releases.Syrian love each other but we all hate Assad family bunch of thieves liers

protect the children
I really enjoy Dateline for revealing what is going on out there globally. However, why on earth did you show images of the children? It is heroic that these French journalists went undercover to show the carnage and the instability in this country at the moment. However, you had no right to show their images given the vulnerability in Syria at the moment. I just hope that a cease fire occurs so these children are able to get out of there and have some sort of stability in their life time.

Regime needs to change, religion is not the issue.
The bottom line is: Syrian people are not racist, Christians, Sunni, Shia etc have lived peacefully side by side for decades; no foreign nation can cause rift and create internal disruption in syria, not now, now ever...the people simply want CHANGE!! Enough with the Assad regime and the Regime as a whole - its stifling, undemocratic and repressive! Let the people vote, let them be able to demonstrate peacefully without being shot, let them have a say in the running of their country! Freedom
