I really commend what Glen Carle for what he has done and is doing. It takes enormous strength and courage to have so much integrity as he. I didn't find anything in the story, surprising. What surprised me is how Americans still don't know about this stuff. As GC explained - American's are continuing to be refused the truth due to political pressure on the media. Pollies can't manage the internet though and in time the USA will start to know itself as well as the rest of the world does.

As to Sarkozy, well his dream of a Mediterranean Union went up in flames some years back, and removing Gaddafi clearly wasn't a phoenix. Now that he's lost France's presidential election to Hollande, he can be consigned to the rubbish heap of history, where he clearly belongs.

Someone has to tell the truth to the American people about what we have done? Does that include destroying the myth that surrounds this Barack Obama? He's no different to his predecessor: extraordinary renditions continue, targeted assassinations continue, Guatantomo's still open for all intents and purposes. The guy that won a Noble Peace Prize for sending more troops into a warzone is apparently trying to have the US military-industrial complex trade the country's way out of it's massive debt.
