Well done London

Ken can be happy that massive public works has helped London avoid a recession, but as usual London benefits at the expense of the rest of the UK. London already enjoys the highest per capita spending of any region in the UK, government policy has favoured the concentration of wealth in the city, yet London is earmarked for the massive investment of the games. Come on London, give the rest of the UK a lick of the lollipop.
