OfERR (The Organisation for Eelam Refugees Rehabilitation) was founded in 1984 and is led by the refugees themselves.
OfERR Ceylon assists refugee returnees from India and internally displaced people in the North and East of Sri Lanka.
Act for Peace Australia works with war-torn communities to reduce poverty, protect refugees and prevent conflicts. Part of that work includes supporting Sri Lankan refugees in India.
