If coal seam gas mining doesn't sound like your thing, stick with me - it won the Special Jury Prize for Documentary at Sundance this year, and has been garnering pretty decent reviews. It goes on general release on the 18th of this month but there are several advance screenings in New South Wales and Victoria over the next couple of weeks involving Q&As with the director, Josh Fox. I'm hoping to hit the Thursday screening in Sydney - in case I emerge from the cinema hanging my head in despair at the human race's inability to stop messing with the earth, blue-grass band The Lurkers will be playing afterwards.
