Screen Australia has released a number of podcasts that are a must-listen for anyone interested in multi-platform storytelling, whether fiction or non-fiction. Recorded at last year’s Digital Ignition Multi-Platform Clinic, the eight podcasts currently available are presented by a range of industry participants and leaders.
Listen to Neil Richards talk about writing for an educational game, for example, and you too can annoy people by coming to a dead stop in the middle of the footpath to jot down some notes. I’d also recommend Lance Weiler’s presentation - stick with it to the end when he talks about working with a fifth grade class, and what this teaches him about audiences of the future.
