Synopsis: Gabor (Andor Lukats) is a middle-aged, mentally disabled man who witnesses a bank robbery during which his mother is killed by one of the robbers known as the Dutchman (Antonie Kamerling). Joli (Vesela Kazakova) is the driver of the getaway car and the Dutchman talks her into visiting Gabor in hospital, then bringing him face to face with him in the car park, to see if he'll recognise him. However, the Dutchman double-crosses her and tries to kill them both. Joli, in fear of her life, takes off across country with Gabor to the Ukrainian border and the small village where Gabor's grandmother used to own a restaurant while both the police and the Dutchman try to track them down.
