Synopsis: After spending several years in Germany, Anberber (Aaron Arefe) returns to his hometown in Ethiopia with the intention of eradicating disease. His dream of using his craft to improve the health of his people is squashed by military junta, and ultimately he has to come to terms with his country’s chronic problems. The solace that the memories of his youth provide is quickly replaced by the competing forms of the military and rebelling factions, leaving him with the ultimate decision of whether he can bear the strain or piece together a life from the fragments that lay around him.
