Synopsis: Door-to-door encyclopaedia sales have plummeted, and struggling salesman, Alfredo (Javier Cámara), knows his working days are numbered. But one opportunity for Alfredo remains. His boss suggests the future lies in an ‘audiovisual encyclopaedia of human reproduction,’ hugely popular in Scandinavia, and invites Alfredo and his timid wife, Carmen (Candela Peña), to shoot the first instalment... in the interests of science, of course. The couple are initially appalled, but the movies pay well, and with months of unpaid rent mounting, and Carmen desperate for a child they cannot afford, they agree. Of course, the encyclopaedia is simply a front for porn movies, but Alfredo and Carmen are an enthusiastic, loving couple, and have a lot of fun making them.
