Looking for recipe inspiration so you can cook up a family Easter feast? We've compiled our favourites, so pick and choose among them to create your ideal menu. We've kept in mind the Christian tradition of eating fish on Good Friday, as well as included stand-out lamb dishes, which are often the centrepiece of Italian and Greek Easter celebrations.

Hot Tips
Pickling
Pickling is a common preservation technique. Start by gently boiling a brine of water, vinegar and salt. Pour this into a sterilised jar with preferred vegetables, such as cucumbers. For an extra kick, add garlic, horseradish and whole dill stems. Seal the jar and leave for several weeks to ferment.
