They haven't changed at all!
Both Sakai-chan and Chen-san look like they've barely aged a day, amazing when you consider how much pressure they have been under - both on the show and running their own restaurants. Chen-san is adorable in his playfulness, and I'm perpetually in awe of Sakai-san's skill.

Iron Rules
I found Iron Chef the best reality cooking show and became addicted to the excitement and wonder of their culinary creations. Only one show had me squeamish and that was the Octopus battle because these sea creatures are highly intelligent. I do have a problem with shark fins used in that i did not see the rest of the shark cooked and that it may encourage the wastage of shark by fishermen. It would have been good for environmental issues to have been addressed. Worthy of the weekly watching.

Wonder
I always wondered whenever I watched the Iron Chef program what the actual atmosphere there would be like. For me it would be a chance to find out.
