Great program! Loved both the art and food aspects of this program and would love to see it again - as a repeat or available to purchase.

"Sicily Unpacked" - a book per chance?
As an artist and a person who has always been passionate about all things Italian, I was wondering if SBS has put out a book on "Sicily Unpacked"? It would make a lovely Christmas present for friends who travelled to Sicily with us some years ago.

Video Expired Already
Why has Video 3 expired already? The series only started on 26 July and ran for 3 weeks!

Passion undisputed
What a great program! Two passionate individuals each with different interests, influenced by a culture that explores art, architecture, cuisine and humanity of Sicily! Well done. I would like to see more of this sort of stuff.

Sarde a Beccafico
Giorgio cooked Sarde a Beccafico but did not provide the recipe. I have submitted a recipe for this dish to SBS and you may wish to see Sean Connelly cooking my recipe. Hot Tips

Segmenting an orange

To segment an orange slice the peel off the oranges, removing every trace of white pith. With a sharp serrated knife cut out each segment from between the membranes, dropping the segments into a bowl as you go, and turning the membranes over like the pages in a book.

Glossary

Coulis

Smooth, thick fruit or vegetable sauce (apricot, raspberry, red pepper). It can be used to enhance the flavour of a sauce or may itself be used as a sauce.
