What I wouldn't give to visit. They're right... you lucky duck. Then you also got to have roasted wild duck for dinner? A perfect end to a perfect day.

Carli thank you for that fantastic story. All I want to do is pack-up and move to Tassie.... that is real living in my eyes. I could think of nothing better than living on Puggle farm, growing and producing real, fresh food and most importantly eating it!! Thank you.
I have never tasted any rillettes as good those! That trip was so much fun and as a total curd nerd my focus was meant to be on the cheese. Those rillettes stole the show!
Hi Winston and Merelyn,
Glad you enjoyed Tas as much as I did.
Re Bruny Island Cheese in Canberra, no stockists at the moment they say, but they do have a cheese club:

I love visiting Tassie - the food is fantastic. Does anyone know where you can buy Bruny Island Cheese in Canberra?
