A triple-quadruple chocolate cake covered in a toffee tower? Now, that’s wild. The cleverly-named ‘Wild Thing’ is the creation of Terena Downs of Adelaide cake shop, Cocolat.

A chocolate sponge cake is layered with chocolate mousse and ganache, then smothered with more dark chocolate. Golden shards of toffee are delicately placed on the cake, forming a golden tower. It’s certainly pretty wild. And just a little bit decadent too.

How to judge the heat of a chilli

Generally the smaller the chilli the hotter the heat. By removing seeds and flesh this you will decrease the heat of the chilli. Wash your hands thoroughly after coming in contact with chilli, as the capsicin (the oil within the chilli) burns when it comes in contact with your eyes or sensitive skin.
