Incorrect Recipe
The recipe showed for carrot Halwa is not correct. You never use mill powder. You should use cows milk to get the correct taste and make authentic Carrot Halwa. Also instead of cream you show use Khoya - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khoa , if required, but never Cream. While serving there are 2 ways 1. Served as is - mild hot 2. Served with vanilla ice cream to get the tingling cold and mid hot taste at the same time. Kindly do the necessary research before display a recipe on TV
