Coriander chutney
Ingredients
2 bunches coriander
2 cloves garlic
4 birds eye chillies
Salt to taste
Preparation
Remove the roots of the coriander.
Wash and chop coriander leaves.
Blend garlic, chillies and coriander with salt to taste until it forms a paste.
Check seasoning and add more salt if desired.
