3 cups cooked, not raw
The 3 cups of rice is way too much, although that's exactly what they said on the TV show, too. It should be one cup of rice, to make 3 cups cooked rice. Usually it's about 1/1 coconut milk to water and 2/1 liquid to rice (by volume).

Rice Cooker issues
My rice cooker keeps turning off every 2 minutes because there is not enough steam being created to cook the rice properly. I keep having to add more and more water. Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be a pile of mush!

Nasi Lemak incorrect name
we were in Langkawi for a holiday and Nasi Lemak for breakfast consisted of sambal brawn, rice, egg, fried anchovies or white bait , chicken in a curry type sauce and came with coconut rice.

Incorrect name
Nasi Lemak is a very popular Malaysian meal comprising at its most basic, coconut rice, hardboiled egg, sliced raw cucumber, toasted/fried peanuts, deep fried dried anchovies and sambal (a chili-based gravy made of fresh and dried red chilies, spices and shallots) at its most basic. This recipe should just be called "Coconut rice"

bad rice
This rice recipe is so out of whack. It was so dry it was completely inedible. it should be 1 cup rice to the remaining ingredients and not 3!
