Australian Coffee

The sub-tropical climate around Byron Bay is perfect for growing the arabica beans prized for a fine, mild coffee. The ripe coffee 'cherries' - bright red in colour - are harvested in spring, dried then husked... and finally, roasted at differing temperatures according to the flavours and qualities desired.
