Eggnets
A simple "net" made by drizzling egg across a skillet or griddle in a net-like pattern. The Eggnets can then be rolled around any kind of sweet or savoury filling.

Dried vs. fresh herbs
When substituting dried herbs for fresh herbs use approximately a third of the suggested quantity, as the dried herbs will tend to be more pungent. However, the older the dried herbs the less flavour they will have, so taste as you go.

A Middle Eastern essence used to flavour drinks and sweets. Found in any Middle Eastern grocery store.
