Marjoram Leaves
A savoury herb from the mint family, also known as oregano. Can be used in poultry stuffing, sausage, stews, sauces, soups, veal dishes, meat dishes, potato dishes, and most Italian sauces.

Hot Tips
Cooking beans
When cooking with beans (such as black beans or kidney beans) Any acidic ingredients (lemon, vinegar, tomatoes or wine) should be added towards the end of the cooking, as the acid will make the beans hard.
