Marjoram Leaves
A savoury herb from the mint family, also known as oregano. Can be used in poultry stuffing, sausage, stews, sauces, soups, veal dishes, meat dishes, potato dishes, and most Italian sauces.

Hot Tips
Zest
When removing the zest from an orange or a lemon, be sure to avoid as much of the pith (the white part) as possible. This is very bitter and will detract from the taste.
