Italian Food Safari is a celebration of Italian cuisine in Australia. Maeve O'Meara and chef Guy Grossi travel across the country to meet the Italian-Australians who are producing, cooking and sharing the food and traditions we all adore.

 

Cook your way through a diverse array of pastas, including the linguini-like trenette with pesto, potato and green beans, orecchiette with brocoli rabe or Mamma Grossi's homemade lasagne. Crispy sweet treats are another Italian specialty. Try crostolisfogliatelle and ricotta filled cannoli.
