Following the route of that famous bicycle race, the Tour de France, chef Gabriel Gaté prepares rustic recipes from each region he visits.

 

Starting with a Stage 1 Corsican crayfish linguini, through to Pyrenees roast duck with prunes, Loire Valley nougat cake and finally the Stage 20 cucumber and smoked trout terrine from Annency, Gabriel's recipes are homely and full of heart.
