Caramel sauce recipe

Ingredients
110 g (1/2 cup) caster sugar60 ml (1/4 cup) water
125 ml (1/2 cup) water, additional
Preparation
Place sugar and water into a saucepan. Cook over a low heat until sugar dissolves. Raise heat and boil liquid. Stop stirring once liquid is clear; otherwise mixture will caramelise.Cook for 12–15 minutes, until liquid begins to colour; the desired colour is a lovely mix of gold and caramel, not dark brown. If needed, carefully swirl the saucepan to mix the caramel.
Remove from heat and carefully add additional water; it will probably spit and spurt quite a bit at this stage, so take care. Stir well to make sure all caramel comes from the bottom of saucepan.

i agree with the person above, this is horrible, this also burnt my child's insides, and had to be rushed to hospital aswell, so i really advise you guys dont make this, i advise you guys complain to.
i'm thinking about suing you humans for this very stupid sauce!
get help you guys are fucked up in the head!!

HORRIBLE!!!
i would like too inform you that this caramel sauce is quite disgsting. its a horrible excuse for a food and i were you i would go jump off a cliff because that is a discraseful sauce and i do not approve. i made this sauce too go with a sticky date pudding that i made and it was HORRIBLE! my children got food poisoning and had too be rushed too hospital with serious problems... they now have very limited lives because the caramel sauce burnt their insides. get your tastebuds checked..
