This is easy to prepare and simple to cook. A smaller serving would make a great starter, but I prefer to eat it as a main. It's a beautiful blend of natural flavours that requires little, if any, additional seasoning.
Ingredients
1 pkt fettuccine1 medium dried chorizo, very thinly sliced
1 medium brown onion, chopped
24 prawns, peeled, with tails intact
1 handful of pitted black olives
1 pkt baby spinach leaves
Preparation
Cook the fettuccine in a saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions.Heat a large frypan on high. Add the chorizo and onion, and cook until the onion softens. Add the prawns and toss for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Add the olives and cooked pasta, and stir to combine with the pan juices.
Just before serving, add the spinach leaves and stir.

Seasoning meat for Goulash
After you have diced your meat for the goulash place it in a plastic bag and add flour and salt and pepper. Twist the top of the bag to seal and give it a good shake. This will ensure that all the meat is evenly coated in the seasoned mixture before you brown it.
