This is the Bob Brown smoothie named after Senator Bob Brown. Like Bob, this smoothie is bright green and really does the job!

Ingredients

600-800ml soy milk
1 avocado
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp honey
1 ice cube
Sprinkle of cinnamon


Preparation

Blend all ingredients, except cinnamon, for 30 seconds in a blender. 

Pour into glasses. Sprinkle cinnamon on top to serve.
