Date and sesame balls recipe

Preparation
Remove the seed from each date and mix flesh to a puree.Take some of the sesame seeds and grind them to a coarse powder. Then take a small scoop of the date flesh, flatten it into approximate 5 cm diameter circle and dip each side in the ground sesame seeds. Then place 2 half pieces of walnut in the middle and close the date circle around the walnut to make a ball. Roll in the whole sesame seeds and there you have it.
