Master Billy Mok shares a recipe for fast-cooking abalone. Abalone is a luxurious dish in Chinese cuisine and a must for any festival or celebration.

Ingredients

1 can abalone
Chicken stock (canned)
2 tbsp oyster sauce

Preparation

Cut abalone into very thin slices.

Lightly poach or stir-fry the abalone.

Heat the chicken stock and oyster sauce in a frypan. Add the abalone and cook until tender.
