Baked pears in wine with almond and liqueur recipe

Ingredients
4 ripe pears, cleaned, halved, deseeded100g almond meal
1 tbsp liqueur of your choice (eg Tia Maria, Amaretto)
1 tsp grated lemon rind
125ml sweet wine
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.Place the pear halves, cut-side up, on a tray lined with baking paper.
In a bowl, combine the almond meal, liqueur and lemon rind. Spoon this mixture into the cavity of each pear halve. Pour the wine over the pears and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with hot custard, yoghurt, or ice-cream.
