Ginger
The ingredients list includes ginger, as does the recipe description, but the preparation does not indicate when to add the ginger nor does the video.

Lacking Flavour
I tried this dish at the resturant and found it lacked the flavours of ginger, chilli. cashew nuts and corriander. However I will make the recipe as it sould be a full of flavour. I mentioned this to resturanter and was told they keep flavours down because of children diners!! We travelled half way across Sydney to try the flavours of Brazil.

Keeping champagne fizzy

If you want to keep champagne fizzy to drink the next day try placing a silver spoon in the neck of the bottle (handle pointing into the liquid). They have been doing this for decades in France and many swear by it!
