This salad is so full of juice it's served in either tea glasses or bowls with small spoons. The combination of fresh flavours wakes up the taste buds and is a great start to a banquet or between courses.

Ingredients

500g carrots, peeled
4 oranges
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

Grate or finely chop the carrots in a food processor.

Squeeze the oranges over the carrot and add sugar, orange blossom water and cinnamon and mix together.
