Ingredients
500g mince1 cup of milk
1 packet chicken noodle soup
2 eggs
salt and pepper
1 finely chopped onion
1 carrot grated
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Divide into four even portions. Shape into patties.Spoon onto hot barbecue and flatten into shape.
When one side is nice and brown flip and cook the other side.

Poaching an egg
